Mariscos El Chaka was born from the hustle of founder Manny “Chaka” and his wife Karen. They started with just a food truck and a dream to bring real Sinaloa flavor to Midland. The community’s love turned that truck into the family – first restaurant you see today. “El Chaka” is Sinaloan slang for “The Boss” or “The Real One” — and that’s the confidence and authenticity we bring to every single plate
